Through my specific programming this program is aimed to enhance dancers fitness, strength, power and overall health so they come into the dance season of 2022 with a BANG. By enhancing these things this will help dancers improve their skills as their body will allow them to do a lot more!

This program will be accessible anywhere as it is a online program. It also requires minimal equipment so whether you are at the gym or not it doesn't matter.

This is not a challenge or one on one online coaching service but is a one off program purchase. However, I will still be checkin in with you throughout the program and you can message me with questions at any time.

The program will start the Monday after it is purchased however you will still have access to the program ahead of time so you can trial out some training sessions before the 6 week program officially starts.
